INGREDIENTS
3 eggs 2 150 gm of sugar 1 Cup of earl gray tea 3 Cups of flour 2 Teaspoons of cinnamon 1 Carrot 3 Tablespoons of olive oil 1 Teaspoon of baking soda 1 Packet of baking powder 8 Dried figs 1 Cup of walnut A bit salt
For the top cream:
3 Tablespoons of cream cheese 1 Tablespoon of powdered sugar 1 Lemon peel and half a juice
Beat the eggs and sugar until the color is close to white. Add the remaining ingredients and bake in a 180 degree preheated oven.
Don’t be surprised by Earl Gray tea, it gives a very very nice aroma. A little salt also balances sugar and helps your cake to rise well. The top cream adds flavor to taste. Bon Appetit!
